During the class, we'll start with a social to help you settle in and meet like-minded individuals. Then we'll explore different ways to use cannabis, including smoking, infusion, and digestion. Once we're feeling good, we'll get moving and start the yoga practice.
Our goal is to help you find peace of mind, joy, and a deeper connection with yourself. We ask that you come with an open mind and spirit, ready to explore and have fun!
