Inward Visions is a culturally rooted wellness space committed to Black healing, self-inquiry, and liberation through breath, movement, and stillness. Founded by certified yoga instructor Daniel Davis, this practice is more than physical—it’s a spiritual reclamation. We believe in the power of slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with the wisdom our ancestors passed down through our bodies.
Our offerings include Yoga; Hatha, Slow Flow, Restorative. Meditation, Sound Healing, and Ganja Yoga—practices curated to support your nervous system, affirm your identity, and create space for deep inner listening. Whether you're moving with intention, holding space in stillness, or breathing through trauma, each session is designed to help you return to yourself.
At Inward Visions, we recognize that wellness is resistance. That rest is a right. That softness is strength. And that the path to healing often begins not by seeking outside ourselves—but by turning inward.
