the float is officially scheduled.

You’ll enter a calm, dimly lit pool space.

We begin with:

  • Gentle breathwork to settle the body

  • Guided meditation to quiet the mind

Then you’ll transition into the water…

Floating or supported, as sound moves through you:

  • Crystal sound bowls

  • Deep tones and soft frequencies

  • Vibrations traveling through water and body

No effort. No pressure. Just float.

We close with stillness and optional integration time.
