INWARD VISIONS LLC
TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND LIABILITY RELEASE
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
Last Updated: July 12, 2026
These Terms and Conditions, Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk, and Liability Release (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in events, classes, sessions, programs, private bookings, corporate programs, digital offerings, and other services provided by Inward Visions LLC, doing business as Inward Visions, I.V.Y. Wellness & Innovation Gallery, and any related program or brand operated by Inward Visions LLC (“Inward Visions,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply to, among other offerings:
Highly Meditated;
B.I.T.C.H. Sessions, meaning Balanced, Intentional, Transformational Corporate Healing or Blacks In Tech Chakra Healing Sessions;
Serenity Floats;
Soundbowling;
Yoga for Old Ninjas;
yoga, meditation, breathwork, restorative movement, and mobility sessions;
sound baths and sound-healing experiences;
private, corporate, community, outdoor, aquatic, cannabis-adjacent, and wellness events;
workshops, retreats, livestreams, recordings, memberships, and digital content;
merchandise, equipment rentals, and related products where applicable; and
any other service presented under the Inward Visions name.
By purchasing a ticket, reserving a session, registering for an event, entering a venue, participating in an activity, accessing digital content, or clicking a checkbox indicating your acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you purchase a ticket or reservation for another person, you agree to provide that person with these Terms before the event. Every participant must personally agree to the applicable waiver and participation requirements.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY TO AGREE
You must be at least eighteen years old to independently purchase or participate in an Inward Visions service unless the applicable event description expressly permits younger participants.
A participant under eighteen may attend only when:
the particular event permits minors;
a parent or legal guardian provides written consent;
the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf; and
the parent, guardian, venue, and Company comply with any applicable supervision requirements.
Highly Meditated and any other age-restricted event are limited to participants who are at least twenty-one years old. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
By accepting these Terms, you represent that:
you are legally able to enter into this agreement;
the information you provide is accurate;
you have disclosed material medical, mobility, swimming, accessibility, or safety concerns when requested;
you are voluntarily participating; and
you are not relying on any promise or representation not contained in these Terms or another written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Inward Visions.
2. NATURE OF INWARD VISIONS SERVICES
Inward Visions provides educational, recreational, creative, cultural, fitness, relaxation, mindfulness, and general wellness experiences.
Inward Visions does not provide:
medical care;
psychiatric or psychological treatment;
psychotherapy;
physical therapy;
occupational therapy;
substance-use treatment;
emergency services;
pharmaceutical advice;
medical cannabis authorization;
legal advice;
employment or human-resources investigations; or
diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or medical condition.
Words such as “healing,” “therapy,” “therapeutic,” “medicine,” “release,” “regulation,” “chakra,” “energy,” “trauma-informed,” “restorative,” and similar wellness language describe the intended atmosphere, tradition, or general wellness focus of an experience. They do not constitute a promise of medical treatment or a guaranteed result.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Inward Visions does not guarantee relaxation, pain relief, emotional improvement, spiritual insight, physical transformation, workplace improvement, sobriety, healing, recovery, or any specific result.
3. MEDICAL CLEARANCE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for you.
Before participating, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when you have, or may have:
cardiovascular or respiratory conditions;
high or low blood pressure;
epilepsy, seizure disorders, migraines, vertigo, or neurological conditions;
hearing sensitivity, tinnitus, or sound-triggered symptoms;
recent surgery, injury, chronic pain, joint instability, or limited mobility;
pregnancy or a recent birth;
allergies or sensitivities to fragrances, smoke, plants, oils, pool chemicals, latex, cleaning products, or environmental conditions;
a history of fainting, panic attacks, dissociation, psychosis, mania, or severe anxiety;
a condition affected by heat, cold, water, flotation, breath retention, movement, sound, flashing lights, darkness, enclosed environments, or sensory stimulation;
medications that may affect balance, alertness, blood pressure, breathing, judgment, coordination, hydration, or heat tolerance; or
any other condition that could make participation unsafe.
You must promptly inform the facilitator of new pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, numbness, panic, confusion, weakness, nausea, overheating, chills, or other concerning symptoms.
You may stop participating at any time. You are responsible for honoring your physical, emotional, and sensory limits rather than attempting to complete an exercise, posture, breathing practice, aquatic activity, or experience that feels unsafe.
4. BOOKINGS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT
All prices are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is due at the time stated on the checkout page, invoice, proposal, contract, or booking confirmation. A reservation is not confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received.
You authorize Inward Visions and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for:
the advertised purchase price;
applicable taxes;
approved add-ons;
agreed travel, venue, staffing, setup, cleanup, rental, or administrative charges; and
any other amount clearly disclosed and accepted before payment.
Inward Visions may correct obvious pricing, scheduling, inventory, or typographical errors. If a material error affects an existing purchase, we will provide a corrected option, equivalent credit, or refund as appropriate.
Discount codes, promotional offers, credits, and complimentary tickets:
have no cash value;
may not be combined unless expressly permitted;
may be limited by date, event, service, or participant;
may be canceled if obtained through fraud or unauthorized distribution; and
may not be resold.
5. NO-REFUND POLICY
ALL TICKET, REGISTRATION, RESERVATION, DEPOSIT, AND SERVICE PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHEN A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY LAW OR EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BELOW FOR AN INWARD VISIONS CANCELLATION.
This policy applies when a participant:
changes their mind;
becomes unavailable;
arrives late;
misses the event;
fails to complete required forms;
fails to bring identification or required equipment;
is refused entry for age, safety, conduct, intoxication, or eligibility reasons;
leaves early;
does not use the full service;
does not achieve a desired result;
dislikes music, sound, instruction, weather, temperature, lighting, venue conditions, group composition, or another subjective element;
experiences transportation, parking, childcare, work, family, health, or scheduling difficulties; or
purchases without first reviewing the event description and these Terms.
The no-refund policy is part of the purchase price and allows Inward Visions to reserve space, prepare equipment, hire staff, secure venues, limit capacity, and decline other customers.
6. ONE ROLLOVER OPPORTUNITY
A “rollover” means moving an eligible paid reservation to one future Inward Visions event or service. A rollover is not a refund.
6.1 Public Classes and Ticketed Events
A purchaser may request one rollover opportunity per original ticket or reservation by contacting Inward Visions at least 48 hours before the published start time.
An approved rollover:
is subject to availability;
must be used within ninety days of the original event date unless Inward Visions approves a different period in writing;
may be applied to the same service or another eligible service;
may be used for an event of equal or lesser value;
does not create a refund for any unused price difference;
requires payment of any price increase when applied to a higher-priced event;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be rolled over a second time; and
becomes final once the replacement reservation is confirmed.
After a ticket has been rolled over once, any cancellation, missed event, late arrival, denied admission, or failure to attend the replacement event results in forfeiture of the full payment.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a rollover.
6.2 Private, Corporate, and Group Bookings
Private, corporate, organizational, and group bookings may receive one rescheduling opportunity when the client submits a written request at least fourteen calendar days before the scheduled service.
The replacement date must:
be mutually available;
occur within ninety days of the original date unless otherwise approved;
involve substantially the same service, duration, staffing, and location requirements; and
account for any updated venue, travel, staffing, equipment, or vendor costs.
Deposits remain nonrefundable. Amounts already committed to venues, contractors, rentals, transportation, permits, accommodations, supplies, or other third parties remain due and may not be credited.
A private or corporate cancellation made less than fourteen calendar days before the service is not eligible for rollover. The full contracted amount remains due unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
6.3 No Automatic Right to Transfer
A ticket may not be resold. Inward Visions may allow a purchaser to transfer an unused public-event ticket to another eligible participant when requested in writing before the event. The replacement participant must independently accept these Terms and satisfy all age, health, identification, and eligibility requirements.
7. COMPANY CANCELLATIONS AND MATERIAL CHANGES
Inward Visions may cancel, postpone, relocate, shorten, modify, or substitute portions of an event because of:
facilitator illness or emergency;
unsafe conditions;
severe weather;
wildfire smoke or poor air quality;
pool or venue closure;
equipment failure;
staffing shortages;
low enrollment;
transportation disruption;
government order;
public-health conditions;
utility interruption;
security concerns;
force majeure; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
When Inward Visions completely cancels an event and does not provide a substantially equivalent replacement, the purchaser will receive, as applicable:
transfer to a rescheduled date;
account credit;
transfer to a comparable service; or
refund of the amount paid directly to Inward Visions for the canceled service.
A Company-initiated rescheduling does not use the purchaser’s one rollover opportunity.
Inward Visions is not responsible for the participant’s separate transportation, lodging, parking, childcare, lost wages, meals, supplies, or other incidental costs.
Reasonable changes to instructors, healers, performers, room assignments, music, class sequences, equipment, start times, or event components do not automatically constitute cancellation.
8. ARRIVAL, LATE ENTRY, AND EVENT ACCESS
Participants should arrive by the time stated in the confirmation message.
Late entry may be prohibited when it would:
interrupt meditation or sound work;
create an aquatic safety risk;
interfere with venue security;
disrupt filming or recording;
compromise a private ritual or group container; or
distract other participants.
Doors may close at the published start time. A late participant denied admission is not entitled to a refund or rollover.
Inward Visions may require:
identification;
signed waivers;
emergency contact details;
health or safety disclosures;
appropriate clothing;
swimming or flotation information;
venue-specific forms; or
proof that the participant meets age and eligibility requirements.
Failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund.
9. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Participants must behave respectfully and must follow all instructions from Inward Visions, venue personnel, lifeguards, instructors, facilitators, security personnel, and emergency responders.
Prohibited behavior includes:
harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, or unwanted sexual conduct;
touching another participant, facilitator, instrument, flotation device, or personal property without permission;
disruptive talking, phone use, filming, or recording;
unsafe movement or horseplay;
entering restricted areas;
tampering with sound, lighting, pool, electrical, rigging, or safety equipment;
bringing weapons;
distributing, selling, or sharing unlawful substances;
smoking or vaping where prohibited;
consuming alcohol or intoxicants contrary to event or venue rules;
participating while dangerously impaired;
refusing reasonable safety instructions;
interfering with another person’s consent, privacy, or participation; or
conduct that threatens the reputation, licensing, contractual relationships, or legal compliance of Inward Visions.
Inward Visions may refuse entry or remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, excessively intoxicated, or inconsistent with the intended experience.
Removal or denied entry for participant conduct does not create a right to refund, credit, or rollover.
10. HIGHLY MEDITATED TERMS
Highly Meditated is a wellness, movement, meditation, sound, cultural, and educational experience. It is not a cannabis retail business, cannabis club, consumption lounge, medical-cannabis service, pharmacy, dispensary, psychedelic service center, or substance-use treatment program.
10.1 Age Requirement
Highly Meditated is limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one years old. Government-issued identification may be required.
10.2 No Cannabis or Controlled Substances Included
The ticket price covers only the wellness, educational, creative, movement, meditation, sound, production, venue, or related services expressly described.
Inward Visions does not, as part of the ticket or service:
sell cannabis;
include cannabis in the ticket price;
purchase cannabis for participants;
deliver cannabis;
distribute or gift cannabis;
accept reimbursement for cannabis;
prescribe or recommend a dose;
handle a participant’s cannabis;
guarantee that cannabis use is permitted at a venue; or
operate a cannabis-consumption location.
Inward Visions does not sell, provide, distribute, facilitate, supervise, or authorize the use of psilocybin, psychedelic mushrooms, or any other unlawful controlled substance.
No participant may possess, distribute, sell, transfer, consume, or display any substance in violation of applicable law, venue rules, lease terms, permit conditions, or written event instructions.
Unless Inward Visions expressly confirms otherwise in writing, participants must assume that onsite cannabis consumption is prohibited.
10.3 Personal Decisions and Effects
Any lawful personal decision involving cannabis is made independently by the participant and not at the direction of Inward Visions.
Potential effects may include impaired judgment, altered perception, anxiety, panic, dizziness, nausea, reduced coordination, increased heart rate, drowsiness, delayed reaction time, or interactions with medication or other substances.
Participants agree:
not to exceed their personal tolerance;
not to pressure another person to consume anything;
not to mix substances in an unsafe manner;
not to participate when unable to understand instructions or provide informed consent;
not to drive, bike, operate machinery, swim, or engage in unsafe activities while impaired;
to arrange lawful and safe transportation; and
to seek professional medical assistance when needed.
Inward Visions may deny participation to anyone who appears dangerously impaired, confused, aggressive, ill, unable to consent, or unable to safely follow instructions.
Highly Meditated may not be combined with Serenity Floats or another aquatic activity while a participant is impaired.
11. B.I.T.C.H. SESSION TERMS
B.I.T.C.H. Sessions—Balanced, Intentional, Transformational Corporate Healing—are workplace wellness, facilitated reflection, movement, mindfulness, sound, communication, or creative experiences.
They are not:
psychotherapy;
employment counseling;
legal advice;
collective bargaining;
workplace mediation;
a human-resources investigation;
an Equal Employment Opportunity complaint process;
a grievance procedure;
crisis intervention; or
a substitute for reporting harassment, discrimination, retaliation, safety violations, or unlawful conduct through appropriate channels.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Inward Visions does not guarantee confidentiality between employees, managers, employers, contractors, sponsors, or other participants.
Participants should not disclose confidential business information, protected health information, trade secrets, legally privileged communications, or highly sensitive personal information during a group session.
An employer or sponsoring organization may establish reasonable attendance and conduct rules, but may not require Inward Visions to disclose private participant statements unless disclosure is authorized, contractually required, or legally required.
Inward Visions does not guarantee:
improved morale;
reduced turnover;
resolution of workplace conflict;
increased productivity;
employee retention;
medical or mental-health outcomes; or
protection from employment actions.
The sponsoring organization remains responsible for workplace safety, accommodations, employment decisions, legal compliance, and responding to employee complaints.
12. SERENITY FLOATS TERMS
Serenity Floats may involve swimming pools, open water, pool decks, flotation devices, water entry and exit, darkness, underwater or amplified sound, changing temperatures, limited visibility, and relaxation practices performed near or in water.
12.1 Aquatic Risks
Risks include, without limitation:
drowning or near-drowning;
slips and falls;
collision with walls, equipment, floats, or other participants;
flotation-device movement or failure;
panic, disorientation, or claustrophobia;
water aspiration;
muscle cramping or fatigue;
allergic or respiratory reactions;
exposure to pool chemicals;
skin or eye irritation;
temperature-related illness;
infection or waterborne illness;
delayed emergency response;
damage to clothing, electronics, jewelry, or personal property; and
serious injury, permanent disability, or death.
12.2 Participant Requirements
Participants must:
truthfully disclose their swimming ability when asked;
follow lifeguard, pool, venue, and facilitator instructions;
use required flotation or safety equipment;
remain in approved areas;
avoid breath-holding competitions or underwater practices not specifically directed by qualified personnel;
exit the water immediately when instructed;
refrain from running, diving, pushing, horseplay, or unsafe movement;
notify staff of panic, dizziness, weakness, cramps, breathing problems, or distress; and
choose an approved deck-based alternative when entering the water is unsafe.
A flotation device reduces certain risks but does not eliminate the risk of drowning.
12.3 No Impairment Around Water
A participant may not enter the water while impaired by cannabis, alcohol, unlawful substances, sedating medication, or any condition that materially affects alertness, judgment, balance, breathing, or coordination.
Inward Visions and venue staff may deny water access or remove a participant from the aquatic portion when impairment or another safety concern is suspected.
12.4 Lifeguards and Venue Personnel
The presence, number, certification, and duties of lifeguards are determined by the event description, venue requirements, and applicable agreements.
Participants must not assume that an Inward Visions instructor, sound healer, float attendant, photographer, volunteer, or production worker is a lifeguard or medical professional.
13. SOUNDBOWLING AND SOUND-BASED EXPERIENCE TERMS
Soundbowling, sound baths, live sound healing, amplified meditation, ASMR experiences, multidirectional sound, singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, drones, speakers, and similar offerings may involve:
sustained frequencies;
bass vibration;
sudden sounds;
repetitive sound;
close-range instruments;
amplified audio;
multiple simultaneous sound sources;
changes in volume and intensity;
low lighting or closed eyes; and
strong sensory or emotional responses.
Possible reactions include temporary discomfort, headache, ringing in the ears, dizziness, startle response, nausea, emotional release, anxiety, fatigue, or sensory overload.
Participants with hearing conditions, sound sensitivities, migraines, seizure disorders, neurological conditions, post-traumatic stress, implanted medical devices, or other relevant concerns should obtain appropriate medical guidance before participating.
Participants may:
sit farther from speakers or instruments;
use reasonable hearing protection;
keep their eyes open;
decline hands-on or close-range sound;
change positions; or
quietly leave when necessary.
Participants must not touch instruments, microphones, speakers, stands, cables, electrical equipment, or performers without authorization.
14. YOGA FOR OLD NINJAS TERMS
“Yoga for Old Ninjas” is a creative program name. It does not represent a medical classification, promise a particular fitness level, or guarantee suitability for every older adult.
Sessions may include:
standing and floor movement;
balance exercises;
stretching;
strength and mobility work;
kneeling;
transitions between standing and the floor;
chairs, walls, blocks, straps, bolsters, or other props;
breath awareness; and
relaxation practices.
Risks include falls, strains, sprains, joint irritation, loss of balance, dizziness, fatigue, aggravation of existing conditions, and other injuries associated with physical activity.
Participants must:
work within their individual range;
use props or chair options when appropriate;
avoid painful or unstable positions;
inform the instructor of relevant limitations;
avoid holding their breath unless safely instructed; and
request assistance rather than attempting an unsafe floor transition.
An instructor’s suggestion is an invitation, not a command. Participants remain responsible for deciding whether to attempt, modify, or decline any movement.
15. GENERAL YOGA, MEDITATION, AND BREATHWORK RISKS
Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and movement involve inherent risks, including:
muscle or joint injury;
falls;
dizziness or fainting;
temporary changes in breathing, heart rate, or blood pressure;
anxiety or emotional discomfort;
aggravation of existing injuries;
headaches;
numbness or tingling;
fatigue; and
delayed soreness.
Participants should breathe normally unless a specific practice is offered and should stop any breath practice that causes distress, chest pain, severe dizziness, confusion, or prolonged discomfort.
Inward Visions does not require a participant to disclose trauma or personal experiences in order to participate.
16. EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand that Inward Visions activities may involve known and unknown risks that cannot be completely eliminated, even when reasonable care is used.
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with:
physical movement;
yoga;
breathwork;
meditation;
sound and vibration;
amplified audio;
darkness or low lighting;
water and aquatic environments;
flotation devices;
outdoor terrain;
weather and temperature;
transportation to and from events;
crowds and interaction with other participants;
equipment;
lawful personal substance-related decisions;
venue conditions; and
the ordinary actions or omissions of other participants, venues, contractors, and service providers.
You accept responsibility for your own health, conduct, decisions, belongings, transportation, and participation.
17. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, estate, representatives, successors, and assigns, release and discharge Inward Visions LLC and its owners, members, managers, instructors, facilitators, sound healers, artists, employees, contractors, volunteers, assistants, float attendants, photographers, sponsors, collaborators, agents, venue partners, landlords, equipment providers, successors, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from claims arising out of or relating to:
your participation in an Inward Visions activity;
your presence at an event or venue;
use of equipment or facilities;
your travel to or from an event;
exposure to physical, aquatic, environmental, sensory, or group-participation risks;
loss of or damage to personal property; or
the ordinary negligence of a Released Party.
This release includes claims for bodily injury, illness, emotional distress, property damage, disability, or death to the extent such claims may lawfully be released in advance.
This release does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be waived, including liability finally determined to result from gross negligence, reckless misconduct, or intentional misconduct.
18. EMERGENCY CARE
If you become injured, ill, unresponsive, disoriented, or otherwise appear to need assistance, you authorize Inward Visions and venue personnel to:
contact emergency services;
provide reasonable first-response assistance within their training;
share relevant information with emergency responders;
contact the emergency person you provided; and
take reasonable action intended to protect your immediate safety.
Inward Visions does not guarantee the availability, timing, quality, or outcome of emergency care.
You are responsible for medical, ambulance, hospital, transportation, or other costs incurred on your behalf.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, penalties, and reasonable expenses arising from:
your violation of these Terms;
your unlawful conduct;
your intentional or reckless acts;
your unauthorized sale, distribution, sharing, or possession of substances;
your damage to a venue, equipment, or another person’s property;
your infringement of another person’s rights;
false information provided during booking or participation; or
the actions of a minor or guest for whom you accepted responsibility.
This section does not require you to indemnify a Released Party for liability that cannot legally be shifted to you.
20. VENUES AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Events may be held at pools, studios, parks, hotels, residences, galleries, community centers, clubs, businesses, rented spaces, or facilities operated by third parties.
Third-party venues and providers may impose additional:
waivers;
age restrictions;
dress codes;
pool rules;
security policies;
parking rules;
substance restrictions;
filming rules;
accessibility procedures;
health requirements; or
cancellation policies.
You agree to follow those requirements.
Inward Visions is not responsible for the independent conduct, premises, representations, products, services, security, staffing, accessibility, or policies of an unaffiliated venue or third-party provider.
When a separate proposal, invoice, venue agreement, or private-event contract conflicts with these Terms, the more specific written agreement controls for that booking.
21. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Participants are responsible for their own phones, jewelry, bags, clothing, mobility devices, medications, cameras, electronics, and other belongings.
Water, humidity, outdoor conditions, smoke, sound vibration, crowds, movement, and shared spaces can damage or result in loss of personal property.
Inward Visions is not a bailee and does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, wet, or damaged property except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Items left behind may be discarded or donated after thirty days.
22. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND RECORDING
Inward Visions may photograph, film, livestream, or record certain events for documentation, education, promotion, social media, advertising, grant reporting, sponsorship reporting, or creative production.
When recording is planned, Inward Visions will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the event listing, confirmation, signage, verbal announcement, or consent process.
Unless a particular event expressly requires media participation, a participant may request a reasonable no-filming accommodation before the event. Inward Visions will make reasonable efforts to honor the request but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental crowd, background, or venue footage.
No participant may record:
another participant’s private conversation;
changing areas;
personal disclosures;
confidential corporate discussions;
meditation or wellness sessions for commercial redistribution;
copyrighted music, instruction, performances, or materials beyond ordinary personal use; or
any content when recording has been prohibited.
A separate written media release may be required for interviews, featured appearances, testimonials, or commercial productions.
23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The following are owned by or licensed to Inward Visions:
business and program names;
logos;
event concepts;
written materials;
class sequences;
recordings;
meditations;
scripts;
music and sound designs;
graphics;
photographs;
videos;
worksheets;
training materials;
website content;
slogans; and
other creative works.
Purchase or attendance gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service or content for your own noncommercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, sell, teach, publish, upload, distribute, livestream, sublicense, imitate for commercial use, or create derivative commercial offerings from Inward Visions materials without written permission.
24. DIGITAL SERVICES AND LIVESTREAMS
Digital purchases and livestream access are licensed, not sold.
You may not:
share access credentials;
rebroadcast a livestream;
screen-record paid content;
upload recordings;
distribute download links; or
make paid materials publicly available.
Digital content is provided for general education and wellness. You are responsible for creating a safe physical environment before attempting movement or breath practices remotely.
Technical problems involving a participant’s device, internet service, browser, speakers, or local network do not create a right to refund. When a Company-controlled technical failure materially prevents access, Inward Visions may provide a replacement stream, recording, credit, or other reasonable remedy.
25. MERCHANDISE AND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Unless a separate return policy states otherwise, merchandise is final sale except for:
an incorrect item sent by Inward Visions;
an item materially damaged before delivery; or
another remedy required by applicable law.
Color, sizing, placement, texture, and print appearance may vary slightly from digital images, particularly for print-on-demand products.
Claims concerning a damaged or incorrect item must be submitted with photographs and order information within seven days after confirmed delivery.
Custom, personalized, worn, washed, opened, downloaded, consumed, or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless required by law.
The one-rollover policy applies to event and service reservations, not merchandise.
26. TESTIMONIALS AND PARTICIPANT CONTENT
Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will obtain the same result.
When you voluntarily provide a review, testimonial, photograph, video, tag, or other content to Inward Visions for promotional use, you represent that:
you created it or have permission to provide it;
it is truthful;
it does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights; and
Inward Visions may reproduce, format, display, and share it for the agreed purpose.
Featured interviews, professional photography, and commercial campaigns may be governed by a separate media release.
27. ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Inward Visions welcomes reasonable accommodation requests.
Requests should be submitted as early as practical and should identify the functional accommodation requested rather than requiring unnecessary disclosure of medical details.
Inward Visions will make reasonable efforts to coordinate accommodations but cannot guarantee that every venue, pool, outdoor location, third-party facility, or activity can support every requested modification.
An accommodation does not require Inward Visions to:
fundamentally alter a service;
eliminate an essential safety rule;
permit unlawful conduct;
provide medical or personal-care services;
create a direct safety threat; or
bear an unreasonable or disproportionate burden.
28. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal information may be processed for:
registration;
payment;
customer service;
event administration;
safety;
accessibility;
communications;
legal compliance; and
recordkeeping.
Payments may be processed by third-party services such as Stripe, Squarespace, or another disclosed provider. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.
Group wellness activities are not inherently confidential. Inward Visions asks participants to respect one another’s privacy but cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information private.
Do not disclose information during a group session that you would not want repeated outside the event.
29. EMAILS, TEXTS, AND EVENT COMMUNICATIONS
By registering, you consent to receive transactional messages concerning:
payment;
confirmation;
location;
parking;
access instructions;
weather;
safety;
schedule changes;
rollover requests; and
event follow-up.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and telephone number and for reviewing messages before the event.
Failure to read a properly sent confirmation or event update does not create a right to refund.
30. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact Inward Visions and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Filing a knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent chargeback may result in:
cancellation of future reservations;
suspension of purchasing privileges;
submission of attendance, acceptance, and transaction records to the payment processor;
collection activity; and
pursuit of remedies permitted by law.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights regarding an unauthorized or incorrectly processed transaction.
31. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services, events, content, equipment, and facilities are provided “as available” and without warranties not expressly stated in writing.
Inward Visions does not warrant that:
an event will be uninterrupted;
every participant will enjoy the experience;
a venue will be free from noise, allergens, weather, construction, crowds, or technical problems;
every service will be appropriate for every person;
wellness goals will be achieved; or
third-party facilities and services will perform without error.
This section does not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
32. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inward Visions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost income, lost opportunity, travel expenses, or loss of enjoyment.
For a claim not otherwise covered by the liability release and for which liability may lawfully be limited, Inward Visions’ aggregate liability will not exceed the amount the claimant paid directly to Inward Visions for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
33. DISPUTE-RESOLUTION PROCESS
Before filing a lawsuit, the complaining party must send written notice describing:
the transaction or event;
the date of the issue;
the nature of the complaint;
the requested resolution; and
relevant supporting documentation.
The parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days after receipt of the notice.
The parties may mutually agree to nonbinding mediation in King County, Washington, before litigation.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from:
filing an eligible claim in small-claims court;
requesting immediate injunctive relief when necessary to prevent imminent harm;
reporting unlawful conduct to an appropriate authority; or
exercising a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.
34. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless another venue is legally required, any court proceeding relating to these Terms or an Inward Visions service must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in King County, Washington.
35. SEVERABILITY AND INTERPRETATION
If any provision is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or modified as necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Headings are for convenience and do not limit the meaning of a section.
Words such as “including” mean “including without limitation.”
A failure by Inward Visions to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
36. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Inward Visions may update these Terms for future transactions and participation.
The version presented or linked when you purchase, register, or agree to participate governs that transaction unless:
